To establish an ecological processing infrastructure in the coffee industry.

To provide training to the groups and to the personnel in ACTASA who are responsible for the appropriate control of coffee quality.

To increase the capacity to transform the products of the small farmers using appropriate technology.

To eliminate contamination of the environment from coffee processing by utilizing by products in different ways. For example, coffee pulp that before was contaminating rivers, is now being converted into organic fertilizer by earthworms.

To establish a strong organization with good business practices that will help small farmers get the highest possible price for their quality products and maintain an adequate infrastructure for the marketing of these products.
